Girona

Most people "know" only the airport of Girona, but this town from the eight century with her winding lanes and nice places is worth to visit. The Jewish Getto from the 13-th century, named Call, shaped the townscape and is in his size the best preserved in whole Europe.

Figueres - Dalí Theatre Musée

Only approximately 20 kilometres behind the French-Spanish border, Figueres holds a unique magnet for all art lovers: the Dalí Theatre museum. The former theatre has been rebuilt into a museum by Salvador Dalí after a fire. It is the world-biggest object of surrealistic art! Not far from Figueres, at the Costa Brava, lies Cadaques. There is another Dalí Museum Portlligat in Dalí's former home.
